STH BNK ACHIEVES OVER HALF A BILLION IN APARTMENT SALES

STH BNK By Beulah has hit a pivotal milestone, reaching over a whopping $600 million in sales since its launch to market just four months ago, making it the fastest selling project in Melbourne in the last five years. This includes a record-breaking $35 million sub-penthouse and a $15 million sub-penthouse.

Following the sell-out success of Stage 1 on launch day (totalling $400 million), Stage 2 was brought forward to cater to demand, with this stage now officially sold out.

Two stages remain at STH BNK By Beulah, which are yet to launch, including the highly anticipated Hotel Private Residence collection which will offer a new height of sophisticated urban living with exclusive hotel services, dedicated property management and exclusive amenities, as well as a selection of customised residences designed purely off the back of demand.

Two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments continue to be the most in-demand, accounting for close to 70 per cent of apartments sold to date; we are now redesigning a number of floors to cater for the high demand for larger apartments. We have also found many purchasers have taken advantage of the customisable ‘Tailored Living’ services by merging together multiple apartments into super-sized residences; the total number of apartments in STH BNK By Beulah will decrease as a result of more two, three and four-bedroom configurations.
