THE TEAM
We have engaged industry leaders, creative pioneers and those shaping the future to bring BETA By STH BNK and Hanover House to life.
OUR COLLABORATORS
BEULAH
Beulah creates transformational spaces and experiences for present and future generations. Pioneering a progressive approach to Melbourne’s property and lifestyle landscape, Beulah brings about positive change for cities, communities and individuals. Each thoughtfully considered project is defined by civic-minded responsibility, rigorous research, global vision, innovative thinking, and a passion for design and culture.
SIBLING ARCHITECTURE
This boundary pushing architecture practice has created an agile spatial direction for Hanover House. With an emphasis on circularity, they have repurposed and reused existing materials and objects within the building wherever possible. Combining environmentally-friendly bioplastics, live plantings and a family of mobile multi-functional furniture, the result is a ground-breaking take on conscious design that allows for limitless reconfiguration and activity.
Future Laboratory
One of the world’s most renowned consultancies, The Future Laboratory provided us with trend forecasting, insight and strategy to help bring Hanover House and the BETA event program to life. Co-founded by Christopher Sanderson and Martin Raymond in 2000, The Future Laboratory team inspires and future-proofs organisations from offices in London and Melbourne, positioning brands for success amid emerging consumer needs.
LOOSE COLLECTIVE
With 20 years of experience across fashion, retail and digital, this creative studio is our experiential partner. Beginning in the late 90s as a design agency catering largely to Melbourne’s underground electronic music scene and adjacent brands, Loose Collective has evolved after many years into the multidisciplinary creative studio it is today.

They have overseen public art commissions across the UK, mainland Europe, North America, Asia and Australia with pinnacle projects including Turner Prize nominee Mark Titchner’s Me. How. Now. at London Bridge Station and Infinity Blue by Studio Swine at the Eden Project in Cornwall.
ATONG ATEM
We commissioned the Melbourne-based, South Sudan-born artist to transform Hanover House with her signature vibrant style. A rising star, described in The Age ‘one of the most exciting artists working in Australia today’, Atem has exhibited her renowned photographic work across Australia, including MUMA Monash, Gertrude Contemporary, Australian Centre for Contemporary Art and a significant presentation as part of the recent NGV Triennale in 2020. Internationally she has shown at Red Hook Labs in New York, Vogue Fashion Fair in Milan and Unseen Amsterdam art fair. Expanding beyond the photographic frame, her recent film commission, Banksia, 2021, was created for Melbourne's Rising Festival, whilst her dramatic new facade artwork for the BETA, Outdoor Living, 2021, is her most ambitious project to-date.
PARTNERSHIPS
Through our bespoke programming and held Hanover House site, we provide market-first opportunities to authentically embed brands in the BETA By STH BNK experience and connect with consumers in meaningful ways.
