High praise for Australia’s tallest tower makes national headlines

Melbourne’s Lord Mayor in full support of STH BNK by Beulah

The iconic STH BNK By Beulah towers gained national attention again last week after receiving the green light from the Victorian Planning Minister and high praise from the Lord Mayor of Melbourne, Sally Capp.

The two spiralling green towers will amplify the city skyline, with the East Tower claiming the title of Australia’s tallest building as well as the tallest vertical garden in the world.

Melbourne’s Lord Mayor Sally Capp referred to the project as “awe-inspiring” and “jaw-dropping”, highlighting that Beulah’s developments in the city were visionary and inline with The City of Melbourne’s revitalisation plans for the Southbank precinct and will “have a ripple effect in spreading confidence throughout the city and abroad”.

“It will challenge all future developments to not only consider, but conquer the incredible.”

“The City of Melbourne’s Future Melbourne Committee gave this $2 billion project unanimous backing in April 2020, because we know it will revitalise Southbank for present and future generations.”

In line with Beulah’s vision for innovation and sustainability, STH BNK By Beulah offers a vibrant and comprehensive lifestyle podium as well as 12,000 sqm of garden space distributed throughout eight ‘pocket-parks’, the green spine and a verdant rooftop garden.

The announcement received significant national media attention including 7 News, Sunrise, Herald Sun, The Guardian and ABC Radio to name a few.
