How is BETA being COVID-Safe?
We are committed to delivering a COVID-safe event for guests, collaborators and staff with respect to the guidelines issued by the Victorian Government and the Department of Health. Find out what we’re doing here.
How are you keeping the venue COVID-Safe?
We are working closely with the Victorian Government and the Department of Health to deliver a COVID-Safe event for everyone. At ticketed events, we stagger or time entries. Throughout the venue and at all times we are managing capacities and implementing contact tracing protocols. We have installed sanitiser stations and physical-distancing floor markers throughout the venue. We are also using 100% digital tickets and cashless payments to limit handling. For more information, please refer to our COVID-Safe page here.
Do I have to wear a mask?
BETA is following government advice and guidelines. Currently, Victorians are required to carry a mask and wear it in certain situations. We’ll update you on the conditions of entry via your pre-event email and on the COVID-Safe page.
How is BETA managing contact tracing?
All guests are required to check-in at venues via a QR code. It’s a condition of entry to Hanover House that you complete the questionnaire before being granted entry to the venue.
What happens if I can’t attend because I am unwell or need to self-isolate after a COVID-19 test? Can I get a refund or an exchange?
We urge you to please stay home if you, or someone you are in contact with, is unwell. What happens if we go into a lockdown? Will you refund or reschedule tickets?
We may need to postpone or cancel events due to COVID-19, but you will either be refunded or the event will be rescheduled. We'll keep you informed via email.
Will you provide masks and hand sanitiser?
We have hand sanitiser stations set up throughout Hanover House. Please bring your own mask.
I have a medical exemption from wearing a mask. Can I attend?
You don’t have to wear a mask if you have a medical exemption. You must be able to provide proof of exemption if asked.

It means that we don’t have any available tickets left for that event. You can sign up to our newsletter, or follow us on Instagram and Facebook to stay up-to-date on ticket releases.
Can I buy a ticket in person on the day?
No. Tickets can only be booked online until the allocation has been exhausted. You can book on the individual event pages here.
How will I get my ticket?
